Is Booking an Appointment Necessary?
Yes, our showroom operates by appointment only. Secure your appointment through our website. During booking, you’ll answer a few questions, and the availability will be displayed on the calendar.

Is there an appointment fee?
No, appointments are free to book. However, we collect card details in case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment.
How should i prepare for my appointment?
Feel free to browse gowns on our website before your visit and compile a list of dresses you wish to try. Alternatively, your consultant will select gowns based on your preferences. Bring appropriate undergarments for trying on dresses.
Can i take photos during the appointment?
Absolutely! Feel free to take photos to help you remember the dresses you try on.
Can I purchase a dress from stock or must order?
All our bridal gowns are custom-made. We have a small selection of off-the-rack gowns in our “Sample Sale” section on the website.
Do you offer alterations?
We recommend a skilled seamstress for alterations. Their fees and services will be arranged directly. Most dresses require 2-3 fittings. If you’re not in New York, we can ship the gown for local fittings.
Can i buy a dress online?
Yes, you can order a dress online. If interested, please contact us via email.
When should i order my wedding dress?
Begin the gown search about 10-12 months before your wedding date. Production usually takes 4-7 months, leaving time for alterations.
Do you have plus size samples?
Most gowns can be tried on in a size 42 (US 8-10). We carry sizes 38-50, and we can order any size needed.
How many guests can i bring?
The bride can bring up to 4 guests. Virtual attendance through FaceTime or Zoom is also welcomed.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay for dress payments.
